

We grow our organic beetroot bunches from June till October and love eating the fresh leaves as well as the super sweet earthy red, Chioggia or golden beetroots. Usually 3-5 per bunch, harvested 1-2 days before delivery to ensure maximum freshness, taste and nutrient density. Whether roasted to caramelized perfection, grated into salads, or blended into vibrant soups, these beetroots are a versatile and nutrient-packed addition to your culinary creations.
